A strong, confident brand image was the order of the day for the Andres label. Presenting their collections at the family-owned factory, home to workshops and showrooms, in a minimalist manner, (but without anything too out-there) was going to be a challenge.

An extensive transformation of the whole ground floor, main entrance and reception area of the building was called for, all the while ensuring that the upstairs office functions were maintained. Having previously worked with Glenn Sestig on all their Andres stores, the client knew what they wanted. Retaining that stark, unfussy aesthetic was paramount, yet it was tempered with a reticence towards the radical. In Hampton Bays, there was a need for balance. Two strong brands can drown each other out, so a harmonious approach was adopted to make the brands work together, with their distinctive styles still shining through.
